Saturday, February 4, 2006 - Candidates' Forum, primarily for young people, hosted by Judge John Payton, 1:00 PM according to the Collin County Republican Club, 3:00 PM according to the Plano Star Courier article. Place: Plano City Hall Council Chambers, 1520 K Avenue, Plano.

Tuesday, February 7, 2006 - Collin County Republican Candidates Forum, hosted by the Golden Corridor Republican Women's Club and at least 14 other Republican groups! Doors open 6:30 PM, meeting begins 7:00 PM. Place: CCCC Conference Center-Spring Creek Campus, 2800 E. Spring Creek Parkway, Plano.

Saturday, February 11, 2006 - Collin County Republican Lincoln Day Dinner. Place: South Fork, call (972) 424-2122, or call me on my cell at 214-205-0813. It's only $60 a ticket (ouch!) but I still have six free tickets for avid supporters who will work hard in my campaign. Mark Davis will be one of the speakers.

My portion's at 10:30 AM, and I'll be discussing Sam Johnson's really lame attempts to use his position on the House Ways and Means Committee to use the IRS to attack enemies of Tom Delay. Perhaps a defense of himself really?
